This is seriously one of the best companies. Customer service is fantastic. But I ADORE my carta 2. I got the intelli core max chamber for dabs also. There’s just so much versatility to this thing, more than other similar devices seem to have. The hits are so smooth. It has absolutely saved me money on dabs. My ex had the puffco peak, and we ended up using my carta all the time lol. Happy customer here

Had my unit for three years with no issues,the product comes with a 1 year warranty which I have exceeded,despite that Focus worked with my through my issues and promptly gave me a solution,on top of that they will be sending me my replacement part prior to accepting my item back so I don’t have to miss a single day without this beast. Focus V Customer support is incredible! Very timely help, friendly reps, didnt even have to wait for them to repair my carta, they just had me send it in and went ahead and sent me a new one! Also helped me out with replacing a cracked intellicore max.

We love the Carta v2. It has become our new go to over other larger competitor products we also own. We recently had an issues with our Cartas vibration function malfunctioning, and the customer service team was immediately on it, with a replacement in the mail within hours of receiving my original ticket for it. Highly recommend both their high quality products, and there outstanding customer service team.

You wont find any dabbing products better than Focus V, they are hands down the best in the business with the highest quality products. Even all the way in Scotland I still choose to get my dab rig all the way from LA purely because I know they are the best!

Bought an Aeris in oct. After heavy use it malfunctioned. I thought the product was good, it has nothing on their customer support. My ticket/warranty claim was resolved the same day with minimal effort and no headache. 10/10 will absolutely buy more of their stuff.

Man… I LOVE this company. This is the first E rig I’ve owned (Carta 2). When mine started having an issue I was heartbroken. I pretty much just assumed it was a loss. I sent my rig in and after a few back and forths I now have a whole new setup working better than ever! They never tried to place blame or accuse me of mis-using my device (which I never have purposely). Dylan also ensured that this was a cost-free process for me! Thank you so much Focus V! I had a carta v2 when they first came out but I got my first one in 2023 and i spent close to 1000$ on upgrades better glass and i had just got at the time the brand new max atomizer just came out and I got it in the mail put it on my rig an got one dab off it an someone took off with it 💔😭but i loved the rig so much i went and bout the carta v2 clear edition the beginning of this month I’m gonna upgrade this one as well but i missed it so much

I have had the carta 2 and saber for a few years. It’s great and always a hit at gatherings. The customer service is amazing. I have had a couple small issues and they were quick and always resolved my problems.
